Usually, purchased items will be delivered to your acc instantly but sometimes it will be delayed slightly. Thus, refreshing your game or acc is necessary to ensure the items purchased are added. If this, fails, then proceed to contact Player Support.

@HippyChick7 Hi and welcome, king only accepts 3rd party payments. so whoever you downloaded the game from say google play store / Microsoft store etc will be who holds your payment details

I had bought an extra play using 4 of my gold bars on the arcade little bonus on the soda version, but when I did the game glitched and kicked me out. Once I got back in the game I see it took my gold bars but didn't let me play. How can I be reimbursed for my loss?
