Why does the game only give me one life when 5 of my friends gave my lives

The same thing is happening to me. Prior to yesterday, I had no problem collecting all of my gifted lives. Please let us know when there is an answer. It makes me not want to play.

Can you all please confirm which device you are using and what version you have right now?

How long has it been since you have received lives from your friends? Are you using a mobile device? Are you mentioning the lives from your "Soda Team" or from your Facebook friends?
Except for the Lives, are all other aspects working fine in your game?

Update the application, make sure that you are connected to a strong internet network. Often times there are problems in sending and receiving spirits between players as a result of the tremendous pressure on game servers. Send more requests more than once and also try deleting the game's buffer memory Log out of the game and then log in

@PummyRaj , I've posted various times about the "Lives" not received from any friends. I'm NOT PLAYING FACEBOOK, and not on a mobile device. Computer on Network system, which gets cleared and restarted every day. (That's how I know the problem is not my device).
I get "Auto Requests" from King at least 2x per day, and that is where it stops.
and Now for the last week (since Monday) have received only 2 lives from Soda Squad Team, but No requests from nobody on the team....

same problem get only one live when accept lives from 5 friends ....I have done all suggestions to fix and still happening very frustrating as can't play game as long on so few lives
