Why does the game only give me one life when 5 of my friends gave my lives

When I run out of lives and I request lives from my friends and they send more than one life, when I accept them it only adds 1 life and I lose the other 3-4 lives that I have. I’ve done everything from redownloadimg the game to rebooting. Anyway you can assist me with this issue?

This is a known problem. The studio is looking into fixing this glitch. Hopefully sooner than later.
