Level 1
When I try to open your game I briefly see an orange screen saying We don't support your Browser......but the game loads anyway and I can play.
I must have 5 requests in over last 2 weeks. Game still at level one instead of 499 where it should be. I have followed all your so called solutions....NONE resolve the reset to level 1 issue. Other KING games work just fine, just not the Soda. When will you have a FINAL fix?
Mine is at 409, Safari 10.1.1 on macOS Sierra 10.12. Since I am still able to play Candy Crush Saga on the same Browser, why would I not be able to play Candy Crush Soda? Still sitting at level 1......
Clearly this reset to level 1 is an issue for many of your players. Going in to week 2. I have a few unanswered questions and one email telling me it was fixed. NOT! Advise if you are unable to permanently resolve this issue so I can dump your game and move on.
Been a week now and I only got to play once at my actual level. Game is reset to level 1. I see lot of players with same issue. How long until it's fixed?
Problem of reset to level one has happened again, one day after it was fixed. Now I'm at level 1 again.
A few days ago my game began loading at level 1 only. I cannot scroll to the actual level I should be at. When will this be corrected?
