Online game level maxes out below my level on my device.
I've reached Level 422 on my device, but play on the King.com website currently ends on level 411. Worried that if something goes wrong with my device, my progess will only be restored to level 411. What level is documented when I sync?

After having completed level 350 in Alphabetty Saga, it doesn't proceed to a next level? Are there only 350 levels?

I am on level 341. When I googled the game there were 4 or 5 spots with downward arrows showing where new cheese game from. I have only 1 in my game in the far right hand upper corner. Is this the way oit supposed to be?

How do you level up the artifacts (mouse helpers)?
I have been stuck on level 2 of most of the artifacts and although I'm obviously making stars for passing levels they do not appear to be increasing. Do I have to redo lower kevels to increase the stars to those particular artifacts and if so, how do i know which levels I have to improve on to bring those spefically up to…

No Sound Effects!
After the update I can no longer hear sound effects. The music plays, and all of my other games sound fine. Is this something that is a known bug?

When i collect all the 4 letter words it wont count them all
On level 101 it wants you to collect 6, 4-letter words and it will check them off then the check disappears and its wants one more word still. Then when u select a valid 4 letter word, it highlights it but wont take away the last word needed.

alpha betty level 418
level 418 appears to have a glitch ... 8 cheese chunks in 17 moves ... after 5 chunks have successfully dropped the 6th cheese takes one or more turns to appear ... after 7 chunks are gone the 8th chunk NEVER ever appears

Why do you guys erase the questions and the bug reports?
well, a few months ago I posted one bug with a screenshot and you erased it. A few days ago I posted about level 480 (which is impossible) and guess what? deleted. This is not professional at all.

Library disappeared
The library normally locates on top does not exist. I play via my iphone 7+ with the application. I am at level 72. what should I do? I have already re-installed the application and everything is updated on my iphone
