trying to pass level 298 with only 12 moves?why do some folks get 27 moves?

I can not get through Alphabetty Saga level 161.
Level 161 Alphabetty Saga keeps crashing. Even after it autoshuffles, it tells me that there are no more moves and then shuts down. But it also crashes in the middle of a game and I lose lives. I completed level 410 but no more levels will load. Based on others questions, I see they are past level 410 so there must be more.

I cannot get past lev 161 in Alphabetty Saga!
