Just as the title says. Would be nice to just have my email that included all info needed looked at instead of being sent to this crappy site. What has customer service come to? This site is a joke.

why does Alpha Betty keep grabbing words before I am through choosing letters?
Alpha Betty keeps grabbing words before I am through highlighting letters and it is cheating me out of bonuses. I am careful to highlight letters in a relatively slow measured manner (it really fouls up if I am too quick) and it still grabs words before I am through. Is there some trick to highlighting? Very frustrating!

Alphabetty 163 Crowns
The Crown tiles on level 163 seem to perform no function whatsoever, so I purchased a Crown booster which placed 3 Crowns on the opening tiles. Before doing a factory reset on my Nexus 7 (2012) tablet, I saved a backup copy of every file in its internal storage on my PC/Windows 10 computer. Why are my 5 and 6 letter words not being scored on level 39 of AlphaBetty?

how to play level 109 in AlphaBetty
In the game AlphaBetty I don't understand how to accumulate points by making X's. There is not enough possibilities when you need 35 points and only have 18 moves. For one thing, must you use a "cheese covered" letter in order to score?
