getting access to level 291
Hello, I have succeeded in level 290, but level 291 keeps locked. How do I get access ? I have noticed other people have the same issue, but found no answer from techs. Thanks !

How do I stop alphabetty from shutting down when shuffeling?
I am on level 160 and the game just shuts down when it shuffles. I lose the game. It has been doing this during the past several levels.

Alphabetty Level 38.
Tip comes up and won't clear. I tried clearing my history and a different browser. Neither worked. Next step is delete game.

Cannot play level 38
I advanced to level 38 in Alpha Betty, it opens just fine and then the mystery mouse pops up with a hint and the hint will not go away and everything else on the screen is greyed out. How do I get the level to open without the hint.

Why is my icon blank on map
While connected to Facebook my picture does not show on map. It does show up on the top friends list for each level. I am not getting requests or accepted requests for moving on to the next level. I have disconnected and reconnected facebook. I have closed and reopened the app.

Why do I lose moves on level 83
When playing alphabetty I lose moves in the beginning of the game. Just after about 4 moves it will drop from 16 moves to around 5 or 3 moves.
