I am on level 82 and the crowns are not adding to the total letters,
4 letters with 3 crowns and only adds to the 4 letter word not the 7 letter etc

Why are you not helping with problems?
I'm on level 115 of Alphabetty. None of the crowns are counting meaning I only get 4 letter words and its impossible to pass. Then I saw this link showing that many others are finding the same thing but none of them have been answered. Can you fix this problem or not?

Got a six letter word 4 tiles with 2 crowns, no tiles were wrapped in vines, it highlighted the number 6 on the letter count at the side, even got the magical zap thing going to the letter count, and then nothing no word taken into account, what is going on king, is this a fault or am i missing something???

Level 115 Glitch
I am getting very frustrated..I will have all my 4 letter words done so I start using 4 letter words with crowns to get my 6 and 7 letter words. It shows me the highlighted number but then won't count it. There is no way to pass this level unless it allows you to use crowns.

Crowns are not working in alphabetty saga on facebook (using a mac with OS X 10.7 and firefox).
I thought it was just on level 156 but then I went back and replayed a previous word collector level and the crowns were not being counted there either.

Collect words not functioning correctly
Even though the word number icon is illuminated in green, when words are collected using crowns, the game will not give credit for that exact letter-count. (for example MAXIMIZE with 1 crown gives credit for only a 6 letter word in level 101, rather then a 9 letter word) Others have been complaining of this issue recently…

Another user with COLLECT WORDS problem--Alpha Betty level 169
As others have stated this function is not working properly now. A highlighted 7-letter word shows green on the scoreboard for 7 letters but "goes" into the 5-letter word score count instead.
