HELP! How do you get rid of the letters that are in the two single bars on the left? The letters I keep getting do not form any type of word

Why does the game keep shuffling over and over, then you loose a life?
The game keeps suffling the letters even thou there are valid words. This happens in many levels, I am now at level 563. This is very very annoying. I play mostly in finnish.
The level continues to shuffle tiles even though there are words that can be spelt. It has happened several times now.
This week the challenge will go worldwide and the theme is countries! Everyone will win, but it's up to you how much you will win! I don't understand why after you have put in words usually when you have around 25 pts that when you add another word you don't get any points unless you hit the scramble button what am I doing wrong help!!!
