I've finished level 620 (on mobile, in Facebook I think no levels after 580) days ago but there is no levels available after this. How do I get to the next level?

Completed a piece but no reward
Hi I’m on level 655, completed a 200 diamond piece of jewelry. Did not get the reward when I clicked on claim reward. Anyone else had this problem?

What can come in this update in early December?
I know that in this update will bring the diamond counter repaired but will Aunty Bernadetta will send missions to charlie collect diamonds ?? and I think Lucy would love to make jewelry with pieces that we can win by completing a piece of jewelry. <3 Let's see what can come. ;)

Update disappeared!
Hello guys! I redownloaded Diamond Diaries saga onto my phone last night, and I noticed that they added the hard and super hard level labels to certain levels (I've been away for a while.) However, when I accessed it on my phone this morning, the levels just went back to the way they used to be (all normal levels.) Perhaps…

my game has stopped loading on my PC and no longer able to ask for lives on my ipad in diamond diari
diamond diaries has stopped loading on my PC. gets so far and then freezes. also suddenly unable to ask for lives on my ipad. the screen goes gray and i have to deinstall the app on both then reinstall and lost lives and boosters on both. this is getting frustrating. is anyone else having this problem?

Where are the sound effects of the stars?
since the release of diamond diaries saga, I realized that there never appeared the sound effect of the stars when the level is completed. Does this happen to me or does it affect other users? :(

a problem in the update.
today I received the new update, but it came with a big problem. when I joined the game, I saw that I went back to level 635 but I was already at level 650. Please, somebody help me. :(

Pricing
I truly enjoy your game and, to be honest, spend more money than I should on lives etc... However, that will come to a stop as of today. Your new pricing is ridiculous. I am deleting my game and that saddens me. However, there are others not quite as greedy.
