Won't advance to next level
In diamond diaries at level 193,I have completed the level twice now & the game arrow moves to level 194 but does not load? it. I completed the level both time without a star. It does not state that you have to achieve a star to move to the next level I have been cheated out of not the move but also 2 of the helper balls…

cannot get through level
I was in level 185 completed it and it didn't give me any stars or let me open level 186 even though it was flashing on it. I replayed several times and just completed it again and did the same thing. I don't see any place to contact tech support. I am stuck on that level.

What is going on with level 423 in Daimond Dairies Saga??
I try this level every day last week at least 20 times a day. I don’t have boosters or can buy a hammer because the daimonds counting in not solved. My level never looks like the play on You Tube. When I pass a level, my gem count does not increase. Anyone else?
Whenever I pass a level, whatever amount of diamonds I have collected doesn't carry over to my count. If I lose a level, it works fine. Almost makes me want to uninstall....does anyone else have this issue?
