Welcome to Sweet King Community! 👑
If you're playing connected to a King account, then simply follow these steps:
- Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button (usually shaped as a cog).
- Tap the orange and yellow King account icon.
- If you're already logged into your account then choose the option 'Edit profile' - now change your profile picture and you're all set!
If you are saving your game with Facebook, your Facebook profile picture will show in the game. If you'd like to change these simply log into your own Facebook account, make the change and you're good to go! Please note that the change may take a few hours to be pushed into your game profile.

I know some players has asked this similar problem as the new profile pictures still cannot be changed on Candy Crush Saga.
So did you update the latest version of Candy Crush Saga? 🤔
If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not worked, try these steps here 👇😊
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out then Close the app
4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile and finally Open this game.
Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.
If it's still not worked after you follow up these steps already, I think it's not possible to try following another solve steps of change new profile picture on Candy Crush Saga. So the change may take longer to be pushed into your game profile.
I hope you can change your new profile picture on Candy Crush Saga soon. 😉

Pleased to e-see you in our Community and I understood that you have different profile picture in DDS game as compared to your Candy Crush game. Before I attempt to help you, please provide us the following info:-
- Device that you play. If more than 1 device, please state it as well.
- Game ID
- The platform that you log in to your game i.e Facebook or King.com.
- Whether you have linked the game in Facebook with King.com.
Meanwhile, please try the steps in changing the profile as suggested by our Ms Lim above and let us know the outcome.
If you need clarification on the above, do let our Ms Lim know.

Thank you for replying. I tried once again to change the avatar in Diamond Diaries and it won’t change. This all happened after the last update.
I am using an iPad Pro; Game ID is Susieque; logging in to King.com from the link on the Profile page; and I am not linked to Facebook.

How about you go to this King website : King.com (Website Link) but this instruction is only available on PC.
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Click on your profile picture then now can changed your profile picture and you're all set too!
If it's still not worked, I am very sorry as I cannot help you to try another solve steps of change the new profile picture on Candy Crush Saga possible, so you click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
Anyway, mostly of players haven't changing their correct profile pictures on Candy Crush Saga too. So the change may take longer to be pushed into your game profile.
