I got a new phone, and everything on my old phone transferred over to my new phone, except my farm hero saga, I don’t remember what level I was on, but have played this for two plus years. I want my level back, I will not start over at level one. Help 😡

All of my bonuses disappeared and padlocks are there now. Even when I Evan a bonus I don’t get it. Any suggestions

After finishing level, it froze and reloading took it back 4 levels
I finished level 2270 and it froze. Tried to reload a game, and it did but took me back to level 2267 and no beans. I am on mac and playing through facebook games. How to go forward? Tried on Firefox, Safari, Chrome. All the same.How to get back?

How do you get to be on a team to do the honey pot event?
How do you get to be on a team to do the honey pot event plz. when I open the game it flashes up for a second then disappears so I cant click on it to join?

Why am I exempted from in game events
Did an upgraded on play store, was told the Golden egg event was running and I should press play to start. Only to start game with no Golden egg event. Why am I exempted from most in game events.

Need to restart the game to get more notifications
I'm posting this on behalf my grandma that plays Farm Heroes pretty much all day for her entertainment. Recently she is only getting 5 notifications at a time and we need to restart her game for other notifications to appear. I wonder if this is some security mechanism from the game because she spends a lot of time…

Technical problem leads to losing Gold bars
I made a purchase for 5 extra moves with 9 gold bars. Flash System down. I couldn't play further...that means no extra moves and lose my gold.
