iPads won’t connect to Facebook or login

How do I get the issue on my new device resolved. Tons of rewards are gone.
I just looked and I'm missing the following and any + is for new ones earned trying to accomplish new levels to help update. No more how to get mascots after the 1110 phase? There are 3 question marks in the last 3 of the list and the number 3 appears.

Unable to log into any of my King games.
Every time I try to log into a game it tells me there is an error. Each game tells me I am not connected to the internet. That is inaccurate. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Please advise. Thank you.

Can't log into my account on King.com
I can't log into my account on King.com, this happened after I ran a clean up of my Cookies and plug-in data. I may have selected the wrong E-mail so now have a new account, all games have gone back to level one. How can I get my old account back?

Can't send or receive lives
I haven't been able to send or receive lives to my friends. Cant see where they are on the map either. Anyone else having that issue, Any remedy?? Thanks

Some missions are Impossible to do, How i can get 8 animals when i got'em all '-'? Or even pass through hardlevels without hardlevels on entire game(was been changed a year ago, now there's only veryhard instead hard) Can the staff fix those tasks?
