@Stormrider1 do you have the older flash version or the newer mobile looking html?
If you still have the flash version a lot of browsers are stopping flash auto playing as it is being discontinued next year. It could be related to that.

@Edmilson if you have the html5 version, you will know as it looks like the mobile version. Especially with you saying that the game got smaller, but it has since returned. If you have this version, it doesn't use flash so reinstalling won't help. 
King will recommend that you try a different browser like chrome as that often works better. And also the slow loading remains an issue at the moment and the studio are looking into it.

Hi @JudyElisabeth - welcome to our friendly community. What type of device are you trying to access the game from? Please make sure if it’s mobile you have the most recent version updated from the App Store and you have cleared your cache and cookies recently. Then try powering off the device for at least 30 seconds to try and resync it.  Hope this helps 🙏🏻

Good Morning. Actually I'm telling my wife to give up on this game, because everything you told me to do we did and nothing worked. Her browser is already chrome, we tried another browser and tb did not work, clear the cache and tb did not work, we dismantled the game and installed again tb did not work, summarizing nothing worked. And now to make it worse, I didn't open it anymore, a message appears. SOON, and no longer opens the game. The problem is that my wife loves this game, but playing on facebook on the PC is not succeeding

Hi @Edmilson don't give up on us just yet! The studio are working hard trying to sort this issue out as it does seem to be an issue for some. Mine seems to take a while to open but once it is open all is good, but I do sympathise with your wife. What version of windows do you have for pc? There is a windows 10 app for the game if you do have windows 10?
