Can you try removing the game form Facebook and see if that helps? 

First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

I have done this twice now and I have deleted facebook gameroom and reinstalled the game but still getting the same message.

Wait, are you playing trough Facebook game room or trough facebook browser? 

Also, one more question, do you have access to Windows 10 on your PC?

I can't load farm heros on game room. It always says the game has crashed. How do I fix this issue?

Hello @Rick_Rommel Hearty Welcome to the Farm Heroes section of our friendly King Community  

I am sorry to say that King does not support "Game Room".  Hence, I would suggest you to open the game in any other browser, Chrome or Edge for example!  You can also try to play on a mobile device and check if it works!

Just to clear up, King doesn't support Facebook Game room so the steps provided were meant for the browser version.

Now if that still doesn't help, try the game from Microsoft Store if you have Windows 10 on your PC, you can try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

Remember to connect the game app to Facebook so it can sync and keep in mind lives and Boosters do not get synced.
