    Argh that wasn't a solution then :(
    Does she have access to a mobile she could play it on in the meantime? The studio will see your feedback, but if you could give us your wifes player ID as well, they can also check to see if there are any visible issues on their side.

    I've tried in Firefox, Chrome & Microsoft Edge & they all fail. I keep getting the "Something went wrong, please reload" message. This happened last week & although I've tried daily since then, nothing works. All the other games are fine.

    Sorry to hear this issue is persisting @Edmilson!

    Looking at the User ID you've provided which belongs to your wife, she is already playing on mobile and making progress so glad to see she can still play :)

    Now as for the game not working for her on the same PC which you use to play the game, that is something we can not fix I'm afraid from our side as we can't access Facebook's territory.

    That is why we tried recommending playing trough Microsoft Store so she can still play through a PC or mobile device,

    However, the game is in the process of being switch over to running on HTML5 (we're still testing) so hopefully, once this is done, your wife will be able to keep playing on PC.

    I have been playing Farm Heroes for years and never had any problems until now, why can I not access the game,

    Have you by any chance tried some troubleshooting steps in order to improve the game? Check out this link if you haven't tried anything yet.

    I have tried all of the above, its been a week now, the game gets so far then , there is a problem please reload, keeps coming up.
