Ah playing on Facebook means you shouldn't lose them (assuming it's browser not the app)
in that case I would advise you contact player support as they can look into your account for you to see if they can see what's happened, and see what they say π

Ah well, spoke too soon. They just sent me a template reply about them being stored on device, like you initially did. Ah well. I guess Im not a paying player so probably not considered a priority. Still, thank you for making it feel more human than the reply I got from CS! No worries.

I personally would reply back to that email and tell them it's Facebook not a device. It probably is automated at this time of night π
