🚫 Boosters not getting recharged on Facebook!

Hi @nightengale0819 Welcome to the community. I am sorry that you are having this issue. I need to ask a few more details though. Have you updated the game recently? Can you tell us which device you are playing on and the version and if you can gove us your player ID too, I can pass it over to the community manager to look into.

@Christaliesin @KPatete @ShellyG @Mildred_2_2 @boxermad2 the studio are looking into it and I do apologise. As @QueenB said it seems to be an issue with the browser and not everyone is getting it which makes it harder for the studio to see the issue as they don't have it so its not a simple fix.

If you have tried another browser and it hasn't fixed the issue, I highly recommend that you download and stay using the windows 10 app (if you have windows 10) I have had a tonne of issues with Google chrome this week and my youtube channel so if you are using that, it could be something connected with chrome even. I have had to resort to using Edge 😫

Not only will it stop all the niggling facebook issues, but it will also give you access to events which you do not have on facebook. So more boosters!

Log in with your FB account details and all your progess and gold will be ready for you. The only things that will not be there are boosters. As its a new device log in (like using a new phone and the boosters don't transfer as saved on the device) you need to build them up again, but hopefully that won't be long.

I really do urge you to use that if you can, its more reliable and is faster!

Microsoft edge, I think it was meant to replace internet explorer but it is the standard browser with windows unless you install something else. There is Firefox as well, a lot of people like it but it doesn't seem to like me lol.
