I am talking to our Farm In-charge regarding the issue in your game. So, few questions..
1) Are you able to open a level on the game map and play it?
** If so, can you take a screenshot of an opened level and post it for me?
2) When you tried reinstalling, did you clear cache after deleting the App?

I did not ask you where you are located! The King team are in Europe timings! So, they might have left the office by the time they received your reply. I would say give about 24 hours to receive a reply from them 🙂
By the way, did they give any “ticket” or “reference number” for follow-up? Usually, you would find this in the “Subject” column 🌞
