I still can't play Farm Heroes Saga on my PC (Windows 10). Where is the update from the developers, it's been almost 2 months since the issue developed and we've heard nothing about what the issue(s) may be and how long to fix. I also play Candy Crush Friends on my PC and have no issues at all. Yes, I've uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache/cookies.

The reason there is no update is simply because there isn't one! The studio are working on trying to find the root cause of the issue but when you have problems like this, where not everyone is affected.. it makes it harder to find the cause. It's actually a smaller percentage who cannot play right now than who can. If nobody could play it would be easier to find.
We do understand how frustrating it is and we have been asking for constant updates on your behalf but there is no solution yet. I am sorry 😞
