Well, I've tried to wait your "Team" out for fixes and repairs and...Lo and Behold...ziltch, nothing, notta thing has changed. Oh you've made lotsa changes in the game (like this team nonsense) but still having blackouts and such. This is the second time that in playing the weather game. This time I was on level 9 and stopped for awhile and when I went back in to play later it had put me back to level 1. This is very frustrating.
today 11/13 I have started receiving the duplicate sign on message. needless to say I am only signed in one place. can not play this game. not fixed, newly broken. never received this error message before and play every day.
Yesterday I also started receiving the duplicate sign in message. My cache has been cleared several times over the last 24 hrs. I thought it was fixed but halfway through a level I got the duplicate sign in message again. Playing on either laptop or desk top, Level 1079, playing on FB using Chrome. Never had this problem before and no I don't want to play on a mobile device. Please help.
If clearing the cache and cookies doesn't help nor using a another browser, then there is nothing more we can try out I'm afraid.
