I sent a bug report including my ID#, haven't got a reply yet and my screen is still black on Facebook and Gameroom. 😥 I miss playing this game, I'm a daily player, sometimes most of the day and would really like to get in there and play. I would uninstall and reinstall but I'm way up there in the 3000 range, forgot the exact number and I don't want to lose that and start all over...

Please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:
1) First, remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2) Clear the cache on your browser
3) Close the browser.
Try also another browser than you currently are using. Other recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome and Opera. Make also sure your browsers are up to date.
