Don't worry! You can click here (Facebook) then you select a device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem that I hope this helps.
If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

Hello there,
The reason your game is at lvl 1 in king.com is because you haven't synced your game with Facebook. To sync your progress, please follow the following steps and it can only be done via PC or laptop. If you choose mobile, then you need to switch your Chrome browser to desktop version.
- Go to the King website at King.com.
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Select ‘Account’Y
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information.
- Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
