I used 250,000 points for a 4 booster pack (20 of each booster type) from the Silver Shop, immediately followed by spending another 180,000 points for a 3 booster pack (20 of each booster type). I have only received the first lot of boosters, for the 250,000 points spent. The other 180,000 points have been deducted, but I've not received any boosters?! I waited a while, restarted the phone, but the boosters have not arrived. Are you able to credit the 180,000 points or send me the boosters from the relevant pack?

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If you have tried these steps above but it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. Thanks! 😉
