All my devices hags on king loading after click on "Play"... what's it's append?

from about two days i have this same issue on all devices i have installed this games (apparently other king apps not have this same issue)
i can open the games and reach the very fist screen of game (how i see my account it's be correct logged in)
click on play and the screen become completely orange whit king logo... it's appear the spinning wheel under the king logo and...... nothing happens anymore !!!!!
all my devices they get stuck in exactly the same way !!! Omg how i need to do???
for purpose test i have tryed to disconnect from my profile.... click on "play" from main screen and the games correctly restart from level 1 but i can play whitout any issue!!!!
i relogin to my account and bbaaam.... it's hangs at same mode reported upper here.
on my profile, if remember, i have reach the level 4333 and i have pass the 4332 after so many tentative....
i absolutely not want to lost all my progress ;)
it's correct anyway??? on same forum it's also report a similar issue?? it's someone has fixed this issue?

Hi @AnnaMariaVivaldi , is it since Petopia?
We seem to have issues, if you comment on this thread here you can request it be removed from your game this time.
But its the weekend so they might not see it until next week.

@AnnaMariaVivaldi , I think the extra data involved in the Petopia event is crashing many players games, over the weekend petopia is in 'trick and treat'mode when lots of extra Pets visit the city and there are many rewards to collect. All this data can be too much for older, slower devices, or those who already have a lot of data on their device.
I hope things will be improved by Monday's regular game update.

omg.i can explain this my reply.
in some mode my mother has reach this thread (problably after obtain the notification my mail) and she did not know that I had opened this thread here.
I'm the son of Annamaria and writing here whit my bad English but as said her can't read or write in English...
simply i and my mother share same account on various devices... i from my tablet (but whit my mother account) and her from her phone.
sorry for this confusion ;) oh... just to know my name it's David ;)
