lol it's unbelievable anyway.... developer remove directly this Halloween event and this damn mini games for everyone if it's create a lot of issue over the entire world.
remove it and reinsert only after you have corrected tested it's clear of bug.....

The studio are having trouble finding the issue right now, so the workaround is to take the petopia off and see if that works.
If you wish to try it, let us have your player ID and I will pass it over for you 😊

It would be a work round if they actually took Petopia off when requested. I have asked twice now but still it has not been removed. My user Id is 1531600143. I have also contacted king via the help support pages and had no response. Unable to play for nearly a fortnight now

How can I get the ID to request them taking it off. I can’t get into my account. Be done with you Petopia. I hate it!

@pinkatpole I agree, but I suspect they are very busy trying to fix it.
@marabar can you at least open the app, don't hit play, you should be able to see your profile, click on that and then at the top of the page it will say King. Click there for your ID. If you cannot get into it, do you play another game with the same log in? You could get it from that 🙂
