I suddenly lost alla aids. I turned the phone off and on again but nothing. I did not delete the app, nor did i reinstall it. What am i doing? How do i restore the help i had?

I donāt quite understand what is going on. I get reward round failed after some attempts without anything to start. Sometimes a reward round comes next but around 20% of the time it doesnāt. It happens more frequently when the team event is not ongoing.
