Pyramid solitaire saga. It is not running on my ipad mini

facebook/ app not synchronized levels
My game on facebook is blocked on level 185 since 2 years at least, while on app my actual level is 578. In this moment I disconnected to facebook 'cause i'm scared that i'd go back also on phone. Furthermore, after an update of the app on phone, i lost all my scepters (26) !!!!

I lost my progress
I was on level 647 then I logged into Facebook for the first time to sync my progress and it took me back to level 1. Is there anyway to get my progress back?

Lost progress in pyramaids saga
I accidentally deleted my app and lost all my progress :( from my knowledge my previous account was linked with Facebook but I think at least my email was linked. I was at level 200+ and now I am back to 1 :( please help

estou no nível 301 e da erro nao deixa passar de nivel ao ir apanhar carta azul o escaravelho entra no buraco e nal deixa apanhar a carta azul mesmo tendo cartas para apanha e como nao a deixa apanhar diz que o nivel nao foi resolvido. como resolvo se ja tentei varias maneiras ficando so azul para apanhar e o jogo nao…
