Is your iPad a older device? Older devices will not support the app. You will need a newer device or a laptop or a PC then you will have to login to your King account. I hope this helps. 💕👍

So click here to read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps and you can back to your current level on this game! 😉
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
Anyway, we do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, you can also ask these two problems on "Contact Us" and send Game ID together.

I see you've already met our wonderful Pyramid Solitaire and Diamond Diaries Mods! Their information and tips are right 👍️
As the game team is investigating on some loading and crashing issues on different devices, I'd like to ask you for some more information. Would you please be so kind to tell me more about your device? Is it a tablet that uses Android? If so, which OS version is it, or do you know the model of the tablet?
If you have already tried to restore the progress by logging into your account, and it hasn't worked, please let me know and we will help you further 😊

And did you update the latest version of this game? 🤔
If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not worked, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope nothing this happens too.
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
