🚨 Crashing issues 🚨
Dear Adventurers,
We're investigating an issue that is causing crashes for some of our Pyramid Solitaire Saga players at the moment.
The team is working on a fix, and we hope we will have it sorted out very soon. Until then, the only workaround is the reinstallation of the app- this can mean you lose your stored Boosters in the game. If that happens, please reach out to our Player Support team HERE.

my pyramid wouldn’t open on my app on my phone. Done all the checks that were updated etc. Also saw note on here to remove app and add again and it would still be where you were. I’ve done this and I’m back to level one. I have no idea where I was. I think 1535. How do I get back there? Thanks

@Lola_Pop @teresawallace44 , I haven't been able to open my app for an hour. The app loads and suddenly collapses. I tried it in online mode, offline mode and airplane mode. In no case can I open the app. I don't want to do an uninstall because I lose all my boosters. It is uncertain whether I will get a replacement.
While it was still working this morning, I wanted to see if my team could claim a reward (the event ended half an hour ago). Since I can't open the app, I also lose this reward.
Is there any new information?
