To your question: you certainly played a bonus round and your lives were not complete. That is, when you started the bonus round, you played with less than 5 lives. The game is programmed (I also had to have this experience myself) that the first gift is that your lives will be replenished. You can collect the other two gifts. In the bonus round, you will receive a gift for each star. ⭐️
So when you play the next bonus round, make sure you have 5 lives full. If you have less than 5 lives, you can wait for them to replenish or accept gifted lives from other players. 😅
