I am using Apple IPad. Don’t know version. Sorry submitted same question twice. Just frustrated & anxious to play again. Don’t want to lose progress.

I update all apps as become available, so probably did. Sorry, didn’t see this question in your reply. Can’t find how to uninstall & reinstall game without losing the 100’s of levels I’ve completed. HELP ME

Me too. Only orange screen, then shrinks back to app. Play on Apple iPad for years. Need this game to keep my calm.😷🤪

Pyramid Solitaire Saga quit loading a few days ago. I play on a 6th generation iPad, software version 13.3.1, and do not use Facebook at all. I have no idea if games are saved anywhere, and therefore do not want to uninstall without knowing that I can return to the current level. Screen tries to refresh for a split second, and then returns to the desktop page with all icons.

I am having the same problem playing on a 6th generation iPad with software version 13.3.1, and I do not use Facebook. Don't want to uninstall and lose my games. Stable internet and no error messages, just an immediate return to desktop page rather than refresh with the next game.

The game wont open at all-only have orange screen with king on it and underneath saying making the world more playful 😊hope this helps

Ok so I deleted my game and started it again - it started me at the beginning. I had been on 1695. I had registered with king and I have a password.
