It's only gold and progress which is synced to FB, boosters and messages are locally stored in the game only so if it's reinstalled, they get wiped. Hmmm strange one, give this a try: go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should just automatically sign you in now. Let me know if that helped! Awesome :)

Go into Safari and make sure you are longed into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. It should load you into your game then. No problem, and thanks! :)

Did you ever connect your game to Facebook or Kingdom? If you connected the game to Facebook or Kingdom it will automatically be restored once you reinstall and connect again.

OK, so I had to reinstall Windows 10 (without losing programs of course), and all the Apps that were not working, are all working fine. Just use Windows Media Creation Tool. Hope that helps any of you with Apps not opening properly. Good to know about Windows Media Creation Tool, thanks for sharing!
