Hello Together, I have already responded in various PM. I don't know which platform @Cat-13 is using, but the first thing to do is to try the standard error-making process. Most of the time, it helps to clear the cache, log off, turn off the device completely and wait a few minutes. Turn the device back on, log in. If the "Back to Day 1" button is still disabled, only a new installation will probably help. But this is the worst method, because then all boosters are lost.

Well, this problem is very strange!
I had more than a year to play Jelly on my computer (Win 7) via facebook! I always play on my phone.
Tried today to play on computer to test if I have problem too!
After some trying because of facebook interface changes, it was possible to play, of course on day 1! Everything was normal!
Really strange problem!!
