Hi I have candy crush again after a long time and I don't think my friends on there are playing anymore how can I sync my account with facebook? Also trying to find and add my daughter it does not work

Welcome to our community @OnlyNadz! To get Facebook friends you need to request that they add you as a Facebook friend. Usually when you join a Facebook group for your game you can also ask them to add you as a friend.

You might want to check out your Facebook settings because something might have expired. Go into your Facebook settings and then click on Apps and Websites.

Check the Expired tab to see if your game is there. If it is then edit and update. If your game is in the active tab then click on the view and edit to the right of your game. A box will pop up so make sure that you have the Friends list turned on.

If you are playing on a mobile device why not sign up for a King account. To do that you would log out of Facebook in your game and then click to create a King account by adding an email address and password. Once you are logged in with King it should automatically sync with your Facebook account so you should be back to your current level.

To add your daughter with a King account I think the only way to do that is to go to king.com and add her from there. I've never tried it in my game via a mobile device to see if we can add names. Usually when playing with a King account the players are randomly chosen for you so you don't need to find Facebook game friends.

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

• Go to the King website at King.com/games
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
