As @Freddy_Falkner wrote, the tech team will need your player ID.
Go to your profile in the game and double click on the King symbol. It will change to your player ID.
This problem was caused by the new update released on Friday. The game team will address the issues after the weekend.

Normally what @firebombmarkus asked you to do would help, but it may not this time since you mentioned she updated her apps.
There was a new update for android devices released on Friday. Many players have reported they have lost their levels.
Please provide your mom's player ID so the team can look at her account to try to correct this problem.
She needs to go to her profile in the game and double click on the King symbol and her number will show.
Make sure she always logs into the game using her email address and King password. That way her levels and gold bars will always be stored on the King server.
We'll try and get some answers for you after the weekend. I know it's frustrating.

I am playing om mobile and everything is not smooth like before. No leaderboard, everything is too big, and waiting for a life is too short.
