I lost all my progress when I agreed to new TOS

I was playing at level 1640. When prompted for new TOS I agreed and my game reverted back to Level 446. When I log out and log back in I see all my progress. It shows I've completed up to 1639, the levels are starred, but they're locked and

the game will not let me play any level higher than 446. Android OS, latest update. I cleared cache, no luck. I logged out, restarted device, restarted game, no luck, I uninstalled and reinstalled game, no luck. It took me 4 1/2 years of daily play to get to 1640 so this is VERY FRUSTRATING. Suggestions?

    Dear Blossom blast saga, It has been 6 months I am not playing this games, because I change my phones and I don't install this game. but then now when I install and log in, I have to repeat my level from level 1, and I remember I've reach level 180 something. Please help, It has been happen 2 times.

    Hi Nadine,

    If you log in with a Facebook or King account your progress is saved on the servers. You can log into any device with that account and your level will be up to date (boosters/lives do not transfer and are only saved locally). Please try logging in with the account you were saving to before.. You can verify by logging into King.com or Facebook and loading the game to see what progress is saved there. 

    If you are still not seeing your level please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress. The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.     Thanks for your help, but still I can't restore my level. I have log in with my facebook too, but it remains the same.

    At the bottom of that FAQ is a link to a form to fill out to see if they can restore your levels for you here

    @pandaprincesspdx Hi and welcome, First thing to try is to check game is up to date and log out and restart your device. Then log back in. See if this rectifies your problem. You may need to play a level

    I had a similar issue that happened. I had just got to level 1315, and my game updated when I charged it this morning or last night. When I opened the game this morning, I was all the way down to level 43! All the other levels are also starred, but locked. The paint extra indicates it is locked when you start the level. Over three years of progress lost! I tried logging out, restarting, and logging back in, but it didn't work! Help!!!
