Gah!! Anyone else suddenly experiencing crashes on Android?
I've been experiencing freeze/crashes occasionally since the last update, but this time it happened when I was kicking ass on a level I've been really struggling with. The best I've ended with was 15/20. I had that and *16* bubbles left. And it froze. DAMMIT!! WHHHHHHYYYYYYYY

Profile picture won’t change to my photo
Support is no help so I am turning to the community. I wanted to change my profile pic and I got one of the lame characters the game chose. Many attempts, says picture is uploaded good choice but their picture is still there. Anyone else having this problem?

Any progress on internet connection issue?
I have finally updated through Microsoft Store and have new chapters- am on level 2361 and have been getting offers to challenge the troll bubble but it will not open and continue to have no internet connection. Directions to close and reinstall app etc are not working - any other suggestions?

Facebook will not sync with king account

Owl Problem
I'm on level 2699 and finished the level with no owl's left but the count still said I had one owl left to get. See screenshot and there's no more owls. At this point the game froze.

I have been unable to get internet connection on bubble witch saga for months now, it's so frustrating. I use android on my mobile and tablet. Thee is no synchronising either. What do I do?
