The Bubble Witch Saga 3 game keeps crashing.
The have keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it's still doing it. It started last night.

It's not recognising my email address to log in I've had to create a new account to ask thus question. Why does it not recognise my email address and my previous account and how can I save my previous progress. New phone but Bubble wictch 3 didn't transfer
My screen went out on old phone so I'm using a temp phone and i can't pull up my bubble wictch 3 game. I'm on level 700 and don't want to lose progress or start all over . Can you tell me how to get it back?

Here is the screenshot of where the game crashes .... it is after I close the offer page that comes out when a level is not passed .... I have to close and reopen the game every time

A question about the witches hats
I have a question. I've noticed that I'll be on the blue (second stage) hat then, if I have to return to the game later, it reverts to the brown (first stage) hat. Why is that? Is it a glitch?

Where is my progress?
I have had to uninstall the game. Installing it again takes me to level 1710, when I was at level 45xx. I even got a congratulatory message for reaching level 4500. I always play logged, isn't it supposed to automatically save our progress. This has not happened to me when installing Candy Crush Soda Saga again. Have I…
