Why cant i claim my trickies party rewards?

    Hello Jennifer,

    We've been having issues with the Tricksies Challenge and we're really sorry about that.

    The best is to make sure you always have the latest game/App version and clear cache and cookies regularly. This helps prevent against malfunctions. 

    I have added some Gold Bars to your account now as compensation to the missing rewards. And to top that off, you can grab your extra Halloween reward here. It's simple and it only takes a few second. Good luck ;)

    When I try to claim the tricksies prize there is no box that shows up to claim prize.

    Hey Daidre,

    Thanks for posting! I'm really sorry but we're having some issues with the Tricksies. I can add your reward to your game, but for that I'll need your game ID please. To find it: 

    - Open the game App.

    - Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.

    - DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.

    Hello. I tried following the instructions from the link you sent me but even after logging out of my account and restarting the game I still did not see the king icon appear.

    Started playing Trickies Party this morning at around 8:30/9:00 AM, logged off at 11:15EDT or so, just opened the game and it's gone! That was the first challenge we've had in a month or longer and now it's gone. What happen, it was only up for a few hrs?
