Hi @vitavoice and welcome to the community. Do you play on multiple devices and did you have internet while playing? Could you let me know which device you are playing on please
Thank you for replying@vitavoice , sometimes the games gets confused if playing on more than one device so I wanted to rule that out, can you find your player ID for me and I will let the CM know
the only way way to clear it at this time is to uninstall reboot your phone and reinstall, then she will be able to send you your rewards and it will be gone use any existing boosters you have first though as they will be lost.
