    Hi @noctule don’t worry, it’s on her list. I’m not sure where she is today but so far hasn’t been around. She will see it though don’t worry :)

    Hi Queen Mia I added my ID to the notes last week but I don't feel completely comfortable having my ID posted on a public forum so I removed it.  Is there a way I can share this privately.  The other people on the site have not been asked to share this information publicly.

    Hi Queen Mia  Thanks for getting back to me.  I see that you have added a small booster to my account and I appreciate you making this gesture. However, the tricksies party claim is still stuck on my account.  I wanted to know when this problem will be fixed.  I really enjoyed the tricksies party feature and now I can't play it anymore as it is frozen.  I have tried contacting customer service about it twice and all I get back is an automated email talking about game freezes and facebook.  It's incredibly disappointing.  Are there any updates on this?

    hi @noctule as soon as you have used your boosters up, you need to uninstall the game, reboot and reinstall it and all should be back to normal. Don't do it before you have used the boosters though as they are saved on your device and won't be able to be restored :)
    It is on the list as far as I know and I know its frustrating. I have had this happen as well, but this is the only workaround at the moment. Hopefully once you have done it, it will work properly next time :)

    If I reinstall the game will I lose my progress?  I prefer not to link my account to facebook.

    Are you linked to the Kingdom instead @noctule, if not, I suggest you do that first to save progress before anything :)
