Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

Can I just check that you are talking about the little house at the bottom of the screen? Once it reaches 15 and converts, have you clicked on it to see if there is anything waiting to upgrade in Stella's house? Sometimes that gives mine a kick.
Could you let us know which device you have as it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. Make sure your progress is backed up either with Facebook or the Kingdom first though

Mine is Windows 10 Pro, Ver 1903, Build 18362.418. My ID is 1090153035. Not sure what you mean by the version number.

15 /15 star and stuck Please help me. I managed 10 levels and it still stands at 15/15 stars. The game is up to date. The mistake still exists.

I understand don't worry, its a common problem it seems. If you can give the info asked for in the other post on that thread, it will help as they clearly haven't found the root of the issue.

We did have an issue with this but as far as I am aware it was fixed. Could you please check your app store for an update

Yes, it's still not fixed and now I am on my 4th pass without it getting any better. It results in delays when I cannot build items for my cats.

Even tried to contact support and that was just useless. Would like to know if they are working on the issue or not.

Mine has had this happen three times and after it corrects itself it happens again.

My stars aren't converting to star dust either and the house is stuck at 15 out of 15. This has been going on for over a week and several chapters.

And once again it has fixed itself and frozen 15/15. Seriously considering uninstalling it, I'm hoping itll be fixed soon but I dont have my hopes up. Gamer ID 10805988725 android cell phon .

I am still having a failure to convert stars to stardust even though twice I have had my stars converted at one time and received what seems to be all of the stardust I have been entitled to. My assumption is that the number of stars are held in a buffer and either some random action or some action by King staff triggers the conversion. My ID number is 1090153035

here’s some screenshots showing my progression from lvl 1005 - 1007 earning 3 stars each time but the star dust bottle remaining at 15. I doubt i’ll get any of the stars back but I’d at least like to be able to get the game to work properly.

Thanks, my user id is 10890153035. Have they found a solution to the stars not converting to stardust? My count remains at 15/15 and I have been through at least two chapters and am about to finish another with no stardust for stars which means no increase in what the kittens can do. I would rather not have league at all if it is what is messing up the star count.

Another complaint is the thing with the hats. Either turn off the slow messages that come after winning a hat that have to have OK pressed to start up again or do away with the hats altogether. I have played before and got up to the point that I created everything that could be created top and bottom, around 1600 or 1700 and never had to mess with the hats before. My hard drive died and they had to replace it and I had not registered and had to start over. If this was my first time playing I would probably drop the game because they have slowed down game play and added too much to the game without having made much effort to test things before they added them.

I am having the same problem as some of the other players my stars are not converting and I've been counting and they have added up to a lot how can I fix this

I'm no expert but my bet is that it is poor untested programming. In other words this is an unintended result of making changes to the game without beta testing. I'm about ready to give up on the game. It has to be difficult to program across so many platforms and this may only be happening on a few.

When you have bought all of the upgrades for the house area it will appear.

Hello everyone

We've already reported this to the studio so they can have a closer look at it. As well as with the issue of the hats.

You guys are being very helpful providing Id's, screenshots and platforms from where you play and all of that is being used to solve the issue. I will update you on this as soon as the Studio reports back.

There is another glitch that goes along with the stardust glitch and it is much more subtle. When I get a quest it is always completed on the next turn whether or not the challenge has actually been met. As an example this morning I had a quest to destroy 30 of the husk that surround the balls (you know the ones that open and close). My round did not even have any of these and yet when I was completed (without winning the round) the quest was marked complete and I was given the dust. This has been happening for quite a while and I am not sure whether it is related to the other issue or not.

Hi @ariver105 if you could come back and let us know your player ID and which device you are playing on please, that would be a huge help as its been reported to the studio and they are looking into it

I’ve been having the same issue for awhile with my stardust bar being stuck at 15 and not getting my stardust.. I’ve got a lot of stars that’s going to waste because I’ve not got credit for passing levels. My User ID is 3152178547. I’m using a iPhone

It did it again it resets itself and then once I hit 15/15 it freezes again. Gamer ID is 10805988725 on android cell phone.
