Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

My star counter is stuck at 15/15 and it hasn’t changed to stardust. When I finish a level nothing happens. It’s been like if for about a week. Any ideas?

Thanks for the heads up @PummyRaj hi @Noles_and_Bingo and welcome!
Can I just check that you are talking about the little house at the bottom of the screen? Once it reaches 15 and converts, have you clicked on it to see if there is anything waiting to upgrade in Stella's house? Sometimes that gives mine a kick.
Could you let us know which device you have as it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. Make sure your progress is backed up either with Facebook or the Kingdom first though

I am having the same problem as some of the other players my stars are not converting and I've been counting and they have added up to a lot how can I fix this

Another complaint is the thing with the hats. Either turn off the slow messages that come after winning a hat that have to have OK pressed to start up again or do away with the hats altogether. I have played before and got up to the point that I created everything that could be created top and bottom, around 1600 or 1700 and never had to mess with the hats before. My hard drive died and they had to replace it and I had not registered and had to start over. If this was my first time playing I would probably drop the game because they have slowed down game play and added too much to the game without having made much effort to test things before they added them.

Thanks, my user id is 10890153035. Have they found a solution to the stars not converting to stardust? My count remains at 15/15 and I have been through at least two chapters and am about to finish another with no stardust for stars which means no increase in what the kittens can do. I would rather not have league at all if it is what is messing up the star count.

I have the same problem. It started when the league challenge began. It went for several series and then all of it showed up but when the counter went to 15/15 again it hasn't moved or added any dust to my stash. Cannot the glitch be fixed. The other messages had a user id listed. How do I find out what my user ID is?

So it fixed it self and credited me the added starts I gathered, but it's now once again stuck at 15/15. Playing on an android cell phone and user I'd is 10805988725.

Don't worry, it will all add up after the League challenge finishes...They are converting, only you can't see it while the challenge is on...

My stars are not converting to star dust. It's stuck at 15 & I cannot upgrade anything in the treehouse since the stars are not counting.
Issues started as soon as the new challenge started
I've sent emails to support & I receive information about not getting any lives from friends. Frustrated. Have played this game for years.

I contacted support a few days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them other then they got my orginal message but I did let them know that several people are having the issues. Wish they would do something.

I have the same issue as well. It has been going on since the newest challenge started, Broomstick League.

I have uninstalled twice but still not corrected.

I play on a Galaxy S tablet running Android 6.0.

I do not get dust.

I can continue to build Stella's house.

I miss about 20,000 dust.

I've had the same issue. I've completed almost 2 chapters since I last received credit & probably close to 45+ stars, so 3000 stardust.

15 /15 star and stuck Please help me. I managed 10 levels and it still stands at 15/15 stars. The game is up to date. The mistake still exists.

My stars converted to stardust yesterday and then when the first 15 stars registered those converted but after that they stopped at 15/15 again and it's back to square one.

It will be fixed, but unfortunately we cannot say when as the studio have to work through a list of priority issues, not being able to get into the game being at the top. Along with keeping up with new levels. So it will be mended, we just don't know when yet

I am currently experiencing this same issue. After completing level 22 and earning 15/15 stars, the stars will not convert into star dust.
