Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

15 /15 star and stuck Please help me. I managed 10 levels and it still stands at 15/15 stars. The game is up to date. The mistake still exists.

Mine is Windows 10 Pro, Ver 1903, Build 18362.418.  My ID is 1090153035. Not sure what you mean by the version number.

unfortunately I also have the same problem since a couple of days - stars collected in the house not converting to stardust...
I use an Iphone SE on IOS 13.2.2

My stars converted to stardust yesterday and then when the first 15 stars registered those converted but after that they stopped at 15/15 again and it's back to square one.
