I think these are the eight changes to the image:
1. The skull on Wilbur's hat is missing its eyes.
2. The fire arrow bubble is missing.
3. The stereo bolt booster is rotated 90 degrees to the right.
4. The magic beam booster is rotated 180 degrees.
5. The duo bubble is flipped horizontally.
6. The lava bubble is missing a white spot.
7. The center of the sparkling blast booster is changed from white to yellow.
8. The position of the duo bubble is moved slightly lower and to the left.

Its a bit hard then the rest but here is my answers

1. *Fire Bubble on left, the firing angle inside, has changed!
2. *Purple / Orange Bubble, the white spot is missing on top!
3. *Skull Eyes on Wilbur's hat have been added! - *Wilbur is the Special Difference
4. *Top Blue Bubble, the inside white streak direction, has been changed!
5. *Green bubble, the center has been recolored, white to green!
6. *Purple / Green bubble, reversed color on it!
7. *The left arrow bubble is missing, to the right of Wilbur!
8. *Under Purple / Green bubble, there is a smaller separation of the darker water wave!

Differences I found in this one.
1 The blue bubble at the top has changed
2 The center of the green bubble Color has changed
3 Bubble at left of hat has white Dot added to it
4 The eyes on the skull have changed
5 Is Orange ball to left of hat is going to the right It has changed has Changed to pointing down
6 Arrow bubble on right of hat has been added
7 The green and purple bubble to right of hat has changed position
8 The line on the shadow that's between the arrow and the green and purple bubble Is smaller.

4) Top blue bubble - the inside is the opposite direction.
5) The green bubble - the centre white circle is missing.
6) Purple/green bubble - direction of it is different.
7) The left arrow bubble is missing.
8) The second water wave underneath the purple/green bubble is thicker

8 The booster spark explosion is different in the middle

Hi @PrettyBubbles , nice contest and a rather tricky one! Here are my answers.
1. Skull Eyes are missing
2. Bubble by the right eye is missing
3. The bubble left of the skull eyes is missing the off white dot
4. The bubble on the right side that is purple and green is reversed
5. The orange and black bubbles on the left is reversed
6. The Bubble on the right with the arrow is added
7. Blue Bubble top center is turned
8, The green bubble has a dot in the middle that is a different color.
