I believe that your answers are based on your judgement for the source of this problem.
But since that happens always on OWL LEVELS it shows that may not be a connection issue.
I suggest to raise the issue with my previously file attached to the studio to have their view.
Hi @maf34100 , thank you for your patience. I did hear back and you need to contact Player Support. They did not notice an increase in this type of problem, so they are asking you to upload a video for Players Support and share your device , model and game version. Also let them know that you do have enough space left. You will need up to 2 Gigabytes. Hope you get this resolvedπ€
