Hey guys, is anyone else experiencing this on the rewards page...or lack of rewards i should say?! (see screenshot)
Any idea what's going on @PrettyBubbles @johamilton ? I've force closed the app and cleared cache but it's still the same 🤔
Hi my friend yes we have been having issues each season for a while now
When I raised it more than once our cm advised to go to customer services
Please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services
First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again Also explain you have already tried all trouble shooting steps here in the community so we have refered you to them as there is no more we can do here in the community

Yes. I reported the issue on Sept 9. Reply was they are working on
I’ve just paid for the rewards and all I’m getting is this ….. unable to claim any rewards. Anyone else getting it?

Better off just putting up with it and losing out on the rewards that we actually win, because i'd rather keep my sanity than play the back and forth email game with support 🙄

I'm having the same problem with the rewards missing. I wasn't going to message support though because they don't help, and after reading this thread i definitely wouldn't 🤭

Unbelievably though, i just this minute had an email from them asking me to give feedback on the 'help' i received. They're having a laugh at our expense methinks!
Agreed, it's a pointless exercise sending the first email, let alone follow up ones.
It makes me wonder if there are any real CS agents replying to us or is it just automated replies from a bot? 🤔

Contacting King Support - - there is an oxymoron right there for you - - contacting king support is similar to me going into our backyard, talking to the tree and showing the tree some pretty pictures from Bubblewitch3 and the problem. The response from the tree is actually more helpful than the nonsense king support (ROFL) pulls randomly out of some hat. Now get this - there is not a single tree in our backyard. No tree, no talking to a tree, no response from a tree - DUH - and it would still be more helpful to talk to an imaginary tree than contacting king support. They give all other customer support staff a bad rep.

what can be done to rectify the problem as it is not our system but there system that has caused the problem of not getting the rewards that we are due to get. It is not worth playing bubble witch 3 anymore

I also refuse to reinstall this game. Nothing is saved and you lose everything which sucks. Just fix the issue please.

Yes unfortunately this bug is an issue we are hopeful that once the fix comes through for the next season it will reset the icon at the same time 💓

Hi guys we received an update yesterday with a fix included for the star cat season
If your icon had remained after the event had closed please check your update is not pending as your rewards should now be visible 💓
It’s still not working on my end…can’t claim rewards. Will there be another update on Monday? Or was the one yesterday it?
We have another issue after this update @PrettyBubbles 😭 The ads aren't playing properly to earn the extra bubbles. It asks if you want to watch an ad, that works ok, but then it asks 'watch another', but once it's clicked on it takes you straight back to the game which means you don't get all the extra bubbles. And i've only just had these ads back, first time in absolute months and they're not working properly 😩

I came in second for the star cats season master league, but it won’t let me claim the reward. And yes I still only see blank when I go for my other star cats season rewards.
Hi! I recently changed phones and, in doing so, the boosts within the game got blocked and my daily login isn't working anymore. I've already tried clearing the cache, updating the game, and checking if my phone had available space. How can I fix this? Thanks!
